How to create a new ticket?

  • Click “Add New Ticket”
  • Enter Case number
  • Select the user you want to assign it to
  • Enter a subject
  • Select the priority of the ticket
  • Select the status of the ticket upon entry
  • Select Type of ticket (i.e. court call, new attorney file request, etc)
  • Enter the number of phone calls received for you to create the ticket
  • Enter a description
  • Click “Save”
