Add Comment

The “Add Comment” dialog enables users to include notes, updates, or communicate regarding a particular ticket.

When users want to add a note, comment, or other information to a case, they can simply comment or note the case. To add a comment, follow the steps below and enter the fields:

  • Case Number: Displays the case number associated with the ticket.
  • Ticket Number: Indicates the distinct identification number of the ticket.
  • Subject: Displays the subject line of the ticket.
  • Attorney: Shows the attorney assigned to the ticket.
  • Priority: Indicate the ticket priority (for example, High, Medium, and Low).
  • Status: Indicates the current status of the ticket (e.g., Not Solved, In Progress, Solved).
