You are on the right page if you need any IT support regarding My Legal Software. All you need to do is add a support ticket, and it will be assigned to the IT support team. Under this feature, you can also see all the support tickets that have been created by the organization along with information such as support number, subject, priority, status, and name of the person who created it. If you have to add any comment on the existing support ticket, you need to click on the comment icon under the action tab and enter the comments.
