User/ Manage user

This feature allows the administrator to create a user ID and password for every person to access. The Administrator creates users in this section, adds relevant information to keep track of users in addition to making available features such as sending notifications to clients for upcoming events by mail or via text. At first glance, the Administrator will view a list of users (filtered by active or inactive) with a few available options that apply to every user and an option to add new users.

How to create a new user?

To create a user, start by clicking on the “Create user” on the right side of the interface. Then, you’ll need to fill in several details: provide a username, create and confirm a password, enter biographical information, and select the branch location for the user. Additionally, specify the roles and access levels for the user. Make sure to activate the user by checking the “Active” box. Once all information is filled in, save the user profile by clicking on the “Save” button.

Edit user:

When you need to edit a user, you’ll find their profile and click on the three dots positioned on the right side. From there, choose “Edit user.” You’ll be taken to a page where you can modify their roles. After you’ve made the necessary adjustments, save your changes by clicking the “Save” button.

Change password:

To change your password, locate the three dots associated with your user profile and click on them. Then, select “Change password.” You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm your new password. Once you’ve done that, click on “Save” to update your password.

Active/Inactive user:

To activate or deactivate a user, simply click on the toggle switch associated with their account. When a user is active, the toggle switch will be green, indicating “Yes.” Conversely, when a user is inactive, the toggle switch will be red, indicating “No.” Toggling the switch will change the user’s status accordingly.

Block/unblock user:

To block or unblock a user, simply click on the toggle switch associated with their account. When you want to block a user, the toggle switch will be red, indicating “Yes.” Conversely, when you want to unblock a user, the toggle switch will be green, indicating “No.” Toggling the switch will change the user’s block status accordingly.
