Timesheet

The timesheet interface enables users to monitor and manage their time. It also enables users to view audit logs associated with timesheet entries.

A weekly time entry section is shown on the interface, which will indicate the log time for a specific date. The interface displays a date input field and a search button. If a user is interested in knowing about a log time for any specific date, then he/she can select the date relevant for it and then click on the search button. When the user presses the search button, the table for the timesheet entry will show the information for that specific date selected, which includes:

  • Case number: Indicates the case number linked to the time log
  • Created date: Indicating the date when the time was recorded
  • Hours: Number of hours worked on the task (case number)
  • Description: Provides a description of the task executed
  • Action: Edit or delete actions that may be executed on the task
