This is a centralized interface of cases that enables users to view, track, and manage cases.
In addition to managing and monitoring the cases, it also includes auditing them and adding a
new one.

The key elements are:

  • Newly Assigned: Shows that the user can view the newly assigned cases.
  • In Progress: Displays cases that are currently in progress.
  • Rejected: Displays cases that have been rejected.
  • Closed: Shows cases that are closed or completed.
  • Created by Me: Lists the cases created by the user.
