The Visa Bulletin tab in this case management system offers a specific place to monitor the client’s priority date status and case status, both of which are essential elements in handling immigration cases that are visa number dependent.

  • Add New Priority Date button: Users can add a new entry or update for the priority date of the client using this button. A click on this will launch a priority data status box to fill in the respective information (e.g., priority date, type of visa preference, visa bulletin category).
  • Add New Case Status button: This feature enables users to add a new record or update regarding the client’s case status. A click on this will launch a case status box to enter relevant details (e.g., recipient number, client name).
