Forms

In the Forms section, users can access and manage various types of forms such as Forms and e-filing related to the case.

Forms feature streamlines the form management. It allows users to create, edit, delete, send, download, and update custom forms while syncing with client details.

The forms section allows a one-stop location to handle both custom and official USCIS immigration forms, with individual tools for accessing generic forms and processing the electronic filing process. Users when click the Form on the top navigation, it displays three tabs:

    • Custom Forms
    • Generic USCIS Forms
    • USCIS e-Filing

Custom forms: Choosing this redirect to a tab (by default selected) where the user can access and handle forms that are firm or organization specific. These could be intake questionnaires, internal checklists, or other documents in customized form.

 

Generic USCIS Forms: Choosing this tab shows a list of frequently used forms offered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Users are able to view, complete, and possibly track these standard government forms within the system.

 

USCIS e-Filing: Choosing this tab takes users to the functionality of the system for electronically submitting USCIS forms. This tab is able to handle the process of submitting filled USCIS forms over the internet, possibly connecting to the official USCIS e-filing portal or through an API.
