Templates are pre-made drafts designed to expedite casework processes. Caseworkers can conveniently utilize these templates, created for diverse purposes, by editing them through Google Docs. The user-friendly interface allows easy editing and deletion of templates.


Templates are restricted to accessing only Word files. Additionally, the feature enables linking to specific cases, facilitating efficient utilization by caseworkers and promoting organized tracking of their work.


Template Type Selection Static Template

(By default selected): These are pre-formatted documents that may be filled in. Automated Template: A section for templates that can be automatically filled with data imported from the case management system.
