Summary

The Summary has the list of facts about the client and his or her situation. To send a case summary, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Summary section.
  2. On the individual case summary, click the Send button.
  3. A Send Case Summary dialog will display.
  4. Select a Case Worker.
  5. Enter the Subject.
  6. Enter the Case Summary.
  7. Click the Send button.

Case Reassignment History

Case Reassignment History is the history of any modifications made to the assignment of attorneys or legal teams to a case. Maintaining case reassignment history ensures that cases are processed effectively and efficiently by an attorney or paralegal.

The Case Reassignment History sub-tab offers a user interface to summarize the case reassignment history so that everyone can monitor the ownership and status of the case over time.

User can see the following information:

  • Assigned From: Shows the user who reassigns the case.
  • Assigned To: Shows the user to whom the case was re-assigned.
  • Date Assigned: Indicates the date when the reassignment took place.
  • Status: Describes the status of the reassignment (e.g., current status is “Pending”).
