The strategy sub-tab offers a user interface for planning, managing, and monitoring the case strategy, so all stakeholders are in sync and significant decisions are captured and approved.

Strategy includes the future plan for the case. Users have the ability to update and share this information through email.

Send Case Strategy

The case strategy can be sent to a case worker for planning and managing the strategic approach for the case.

To send a case strategy, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Strategy section.
  2. On the individual case note, click the Send button.
  3. A Send Case Strategy dialog will display.
  4. Select a Case Worker.
  5. Enter the Subject.
  6. Enter the Case Strategy.
  7. Click the Send button.

The Scope of Retainer/Remarks section specifies that notes about the retainer agreement or general remarks may be included.
