In Case Assignments, users can view or create tickets for certain case numbers. Tickets can be created and closed for numerous issues, like phone calls from clients, court clerks, judges, and so on.

The Tickets section manages support issues and ensures that they are addressed and resolved effectively for the current case.

How to create Add new Tickets?

This process ensures that all pertinent information is captured accurately and that the ticket is appropriately categorized and assigned for efficient resolution

How to use the edit, delete, & comment options?

Edit ticket: In the edit mode, you can make changes to various aspects of the ticket.

Delete ticket: Deleting a ticket removes it entirely from the system, so ensure that you no longer need the ticket or its associated information before proceeding with deletion.

Comment option: Click on the comment option and type your comment or note related to the ticket..
