– Tasks: Users can delegate tasks to staff members and set deadlines. These tasks and deadlines are automatically logged in Case Notes, making it easy to manage workloads and ensure prompt task completion.

– Tickets: Under Case Assignments, you can view or create tickets for specific case numbers. Tickets can be created and resolved for various issues, such as phone calls from clients, court clerks, judges, and more.
