To view the internal case page for a particular case, simply enter any case number in the search bar on top and click on the case result link.

The page has multiple tabs, which reveal various sides of the case like:

• Case Overview (Selected): Currently shown, giving the overview of primary case information.
• Case Notes: Holds notes, strategy, case reassignment history, and other information pertaining to the case.
• Assignments: Reveals assigned tasks and personnel pertaining to the case.
• Forms: Holds pertinent forms and documents and consists of Forms and Forms e-filing.
• Documents: Holds uploaded documents pertaining to the case.
• Accounting: Holds financial information pertaining to the case and consists of invoices and hourly billings.
• Mail: Includes correspondence pertaining to the case.
• Contacts: Includes contact details pertaining to the case.
• Events/Deadlines: Indicates significant dates and deadlines.
• Visa Bulletin: Includes visa bulletin data (potentially applicable to immigration cases).
