Visitors Directory

The “Visitors Directory” module of the Front Desk feature is a log or directory of visitors who have been to the office, keeping a record of their visit.

Filter and Search Options

There are filter fields to search and filter visitor records:

  • Client Name: Search field by the client’s name.
  • Start Date: Filter field for visits beginning from a date.
  • End Date: A filter date to filter visits until a certain date.
  • Approved Purpose: A dropdown that selects to choose that enables filtering by visit reason.
  • Branch: A dropdown selection that enables filtering visits by the branch in which they took place.
  • Reset Filters: A reset button to remove any previously applied filter criteria.
  • Search: A button to apply the input filter criteria to search through visitor records.
