To schedule an initial consultation for a new client, follow these steps:

1. When adding a new client, ensure to click on the “Initial Consultation” checkbox in the “Add Lead” pop-up window.

2. Fill in the necessary details for the initial consultation and save the information.

3. Once saved, the initial consultation will be successfully booked, and you’ll find it displayed both in the appointments section and on the calendar.
