Call Logs

The “Call Logs” module gives users a history of incoming and outgoing phone calls to monitor communication records.

Call Logs Submodule

There are two tabs beneath the Call logs module

  • New Client: (Default selected) Shows call logs belonging to new clients.
  • Existing Client: Tapping on this tab will display call records concerning existing customers in the system.

Filter and Search Options

There are filter fields to enable user to filter and search call logs on:

  • Client Name: A search field by the client’s name.
  • Mobile Number: A search field by the client’s mobile number.
  • Email: A search field by the client’s email address.
  • Date From: A date field to filter calls from a particular date.
  • Date To: A date field to screen calls through until a particular date.
  • Filter Icon: A filter icon that one can click and get more filter options like Call Type, Call Outcome, and Call Status.
  • Reset Filters: A button which one can click to clear whatever applied filter rules are present.
  • Search: A button for applying the filters entered.
