Front Desk

The Front Desk section is intended for day-to-day operations, scheduling, client contact, tracking follow-ups, and handling initial consultations.

This section has multiple modules:

  • Dashboard
  • Leads
  • Appointment
  • Appointment Requests
  • Incentive Report
  • Visitors Directory
  • Call Logs
  • Email logs

When a user clicks the Front Desk option, by default, the Dashboard tab is opened.
