Timesheet Report

The Timesheet Report displays an overview of the time entries logged by users across multiple situations. It is useful for tracking productivity, work hours, and time spent on certain case-related tasks.

Filters

Users can apply the following filters to limit down their timesheet entries:

  • User: Filter entries from a certain user. By default, this filter displays timesheet data for the currently logged-in user.
  • Start Date: Choose the start date of the entry range.
  • End Date: Choose the end date of the entry time range.

Timesheet Displayed Column

Each timesheet item is displayed in a table including the following columns:

  • Case Number: A unique identification for the case that corresponds to the timesheet entry.
  • Date: The date when the time was recorded.
  • UserName: The name of the user who recorded the hours.
  • Description: A brief note about the work or activity completed.
  • Total hours logged for the task on the specified date.

Download Report

To download the timesheet report, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the download button.
  2. Choose between PDF or Excel as your desired format.
  3. The report will be prepared and downloaded based on the records.
