Not Mailed Out

This tab displays messages or documents pending dispatch. It acts as a reminder to follow up on things that may have been overlooked or are still in draft.

Filter and Search Fields

There are filter fields on top to constrain the report:

Assignee: Choose Assignee to filter on who was supposed to mail the item.

  • From: Enter a start date when the item should have been mailed.
  • To: Enter an end date when the item should have been mailed.
  • Type: The report can follow physical mail, events, and tasks that involve mailing.
  • Branch: Choose Branch to filter the corresponding branch from the list.
  • Reset Filters: A button to remove any filter criteria applied.
  • Search: A button to search with the entered filter criteria.

 

Not Mailed Out Items Table

The table shows a list of items that have not been mailed out based on the criteria. Columns give important information:

  • Case Number: The case number for the item.
  • Task Title: The item or task name or description.
  • Assignee: The individual tasked with mailing out the item.
  • Assigned Date: The date that the task or mailing was assigned.
  • Due Date: The due date or anticipated mailing date.
  • Status: The status of the mailing (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Submitted for Review).
  • Action: A column with an action button, “Extend Due Date,” indicating that the mailing deadline can be modified.

 

For internal record-keeping, analysis, or auditing needs, users can download the report in either PDF or Excel format.

To obtain the report, click here:

  1. From the side navigation menu, select Audit.
  2. Choose Mail from the tab.
  3. Select the Not Mailed Out Report tile.
  4. To export the report in the Excel or PDF format of your choice, click the Download Report button.
