This part contains a complete record of all previous events and appearances. It’s especially beneficial for looking up previous appointments, tracking case activity over time, and analyzing results.

Filter and Search Options

The filtering criteria are much like the “Forthcoming Events” report, enabling you to filter the list of past events by multiple parameters.

Prior Appearances Displayed Column

The table shows a list of past events according to any filters applied. The columns offer important information about each event, like the “Forthcoming Events” table with a few additions:

• Case Number, Start Date & Time, End Date & Time, Created Date, Event Type, Status, Title, Location, Created By, Interviewing Attorney, Branch Name, Docs Submission, Client Attorney/Paralegal, Client Prep.
• Days Elapsed: Number of days since the event happened.
• Outcome Of Event: The outcome or result of the event as recorded (if any).
• Reason For Cancellation: In case the event was cancelled, the reason for cancellation.
