Uploaded Documents

Uploaded Documents

Uploaded documents show a history of all documents uploaded to cases. Users may look at upload times, document titles, and sources of upload.

This is important for auditing document management in the system, making sure that all files required are available and accessible, and tracking document uploads.

In addition to Uploaded Documents (default chosen), Missing Documents, and Review Pending Documents, tabs are available on the page that serves as a central hub for document management auditing.

Tabs

  • Missing Documents – Shows cases that are lacking required document uploads, allowing teams to take immediate action.
  • Review Pending documents – A list of documents that have been uploaded but are awaiting review or approval from caseworkers or supervisors.
  • Uploaded Documents – Displays a full list of all case-related documents that have been uploaded into the system. This helps in checking document management within the system, ensuring that all required files are available and accessible, and tracking document uploads.

Filtering and Search Fields

Several filter fields at the top of the page to limit the list of uploaded documents:

  • Document Created From: Enter a start date for when the document was uploaded.
  • Document Created To: Define a closing date on which the document was uploaded.
  • Document Type: A dropdown to select by the document type (e.g., Retainer Agreement, Birth Certificate).
  • Case Type: Select from the dropdown the case types the document is linked to (e.g., Asylum, Citizenship, Deportation).
  • Uploaded By: Select from the dropdown the user who uploaded the document.
  • Branch: A dropdown list to filter by which branch the case is in.
  • Reset Filters: A button to remove any previously applied filter criteria.
  • Search: A button to apply the filter criteria entered.

Download Report

A green button on the right provides an export option for the displayed list of documents uploaded with multiple parameters like case number, name of the file, type of case, document type, who and when it was uploaded and action.

A document can be downloaded by clicking the download button from the actions tab. Also, in the review pending document tab, documents which are reviewed can be marked as reviewed.
