Dormant Cases

Dormant Cases

Dormant cases identify cases that have had no activity over a specified time period. This assists in identifying cases that might need follow-up or re-engagement.

These cases are important in finding and reviewing dormant cases, which may need to be followed up, archived, or reassigned to enhance efficiency and case handling within the company.
