Case Audits facilitate the process of gathering reports and carrying out audits of each case that the company has. This auditing procedure facilitates an understanding of the caseload, work distribution, and overall status of various cases in the firm. It assists in the tracking of case activity and may be utilized for administrative and reporting purposes.

Filter and Search Options

Several filter fields are at the top to limit the case audit results:

  • Case Created From: By selecting this, input a start date when the case was created.
  • Case Created To: Selecting this enables user to input an end date when the case was created.
  • Branch: Filter the particular branch the case falls under by tapping the dropdown menu.
  • Case Type: A dropdown list to filter based on the type of case (e.g., Asylum, Citizenship, Deportation, etc.).
  • Attorney: Filter the attorney working on the case by choosing from the dropdown list.
  • Paralegal: A dropdown list to filter based on the paralegal working on the case.
  • More Filters: A button to provide further filtering options like Case Status, Practice Area, Case Stage, Priority.
  • More Columns: An add button to include more columns like Practice Area
  • Reason For No Deadline, Case Stage, Client, Phone Number, and Other CaseWorkers in the audit log table to narrow down the search.
  • Reset Filters: A reset button to remove any already applied filter criteria.
  • Search: A search button to apply the specified filter criteria.

Download Reports

This feature permits the download of reports regarding user activities within the system with several parameters like case number, status, type of case, priority, and actions that were done by attorneys and paralegals in pdf or excel format.
