Visual Summary (Donut Chart)

A donut chart on the left of the screenshot above visually displays the breakdown of cases by various attorneys and paralegals. Each colored portion represents a particular user, and the portion size indicates the number of cases assigned to them. Hovering over a portion displays the username and number of cases assigned to them.

Chart Metrics Table

A table to the right gives a count of open and closed cases per attorney and paralegal:

• Name: Presents the attorneys’ and paralegals’ names.
• Open Cases: Displays the number of open cases currently assigned to each user.
• Closed Cases: Displays the number of cases closed by each user.

Filtering and Search Options

• User Type: Provides the ability to choose if the report is to be directed towards Attorneys or Paralegals. This allows the report to be customized to the preferred role.

• Attorney/Paralegal: Provides filtering by a particular user, enabling review of a specific individual’s case assignments and activity.

• Branch: Filters the report by branch office, enabling firms with more than one location to manage and audit staff engagement regionally.
• Case Type: Enables filtering by case type (e.g., asylum, family, business). This can be applied to assess staff handling case types.
