Monthly Invoice

  • Shows every invoice created in the specified month.
  • Maintains track of overall invoicing activity over this time period.

 Filtering and Search Fields

A few filter fields at the top to limit the monthly invoice data:

  • Invoice Issued Date From: Enter the start date of the invoice issue date range.
  • Invoice Issued Date To: Enter the end date of the invoice issue date range.
  • Branch: A drop-down field with “Select Branch” as a placeholder to filter by the branch related to the case.
  • Payments By: Enables filtering invoices by who needs to make the payment (e.g., Client, Attorney) from the dropdown list.
  • Reset Filters: A button to remove any filter conditions applied.
  • Search: A button to apply the filter conditions entered.

Monthly Invoice Table

The list of invoices is shown in the table within the period selected, following any filter applied. The columns show main information:

  • Case Number: A case-specific number.
  • Issue Date: The date of issue of the invoice.
  • Client Name: The client name linked to the case.
  • Branch: The case-linked branch office.
  • Invoice Amount: The amount of the invoice.
  • Instalment Amount ($): Amount paid in instalments (if any).
  • Due Date: Date of payment of the total amount or the next instalment.
  • Case Started By: The user who created or launched the case.
  • Case Type: Legal case type (e.g., Asylum, Accident Injury, Citizenship, Deportation).
  • Attorney: Attorney who is handling the case.
  • Filing Fee Included: Whether the filing fee was incorporated into the invoice amount (Yes/No).

Download Report

To download the monthly invoice information:

  1. Click the Download Report button.
  2. Select either Excel or PDF format for the report.
  3. The chosen report format will be saved to your device.
