Invoice Fully Paid

  • List all invoices that were paid in full by clients.
  • Helps to confirm accounts with a zero balance.

Filtering and Search Options

There are a few filter fields at the top to limit the list of completely paid invoices:

  • Search by Case Number / Client Name: A search field to search for particular paid invoices by case number or client name.
  • Created From: Enter a start date for when the invoice was created.
  • Created To: Enter an end date for when the invoice was created.
  • Branch: A dropdown list with “Select Branch” as the placeholder to filter by branch related to the case.
  • Reset Filters: A reset button to remove any filter criteria used.
  • Search: A button to submit the filter criteria entered.

 Invoices Fully Paid Table

The table lists a collection of fully paid invoices according to the filters used. The columns offer important information:

  • Case Number: A case reference number.
  • Client Name: The client’s name of the case.
  • Branch: The branch office of the case.
  • Invoice Number: An invoice number used as a unique identifier.
  • Invoice Date: Invoice date when it was issued.
  • Modified Date: Modified date when the invoice was last updated.
  • Total Amount ($) – Total invoice amount.
  • Close Out – Indicates if the invoice has been closed out.

Download Report

In order to export the invoice data:

  1. Click on the Download Report button.
  2. Select Excel or PDF file type for the report.
  3. The report format chosen will be downloaded onto your computer.
