How to add Call Log for Existing Clients ?

  1. Go to the Front Desk section.
  2. Click on “Add New.”
  3. Select “Add Call Log” and choose “Existing Client” from the dropdown menu.
  4. You can search for existing clients by entering their phone number to fetch their data.
  5. Alternatively, you can manually add the client’s data by entering their correct case number.
  6. The entries you add will appear in the Call Log under the Existing Client section and will also be displayed in the Case Note section associated with the client’s case number.
