Case Audit

The case audit feature enables tracking and logging of changes or activities done on a case
record. The feature provides users with access to detailed audit reports for different items,
including cases, events, mails, tasks, accounting, timesheets, and clients.
Caseworkers can easily perform audits by clicking on the “case audit” button, which takes them
to the audit section where they can examine the case-relevant information.
To view a case audit and track a case report, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the My Dashboards>Cases section.
2. Click the Case Audit button.

3.The case audit page will be shown, where the user can view the cases, filter any case, or download reports for further analysis.
