Accepting/Rejecting the Newly Assigned Cases

After a case has been created and assigned, the newly assigned cases will be listed under the Newly Assigned section in My Dashboard > Cases.

Users must accept or reject the case. To accept or reject it, under the Actions column of the particular case, hover and click the accept/reject options for the acceptance.
