Create New Case

This feature empowers users to start a case by entering essential information, specifying fees and adding retainers,

attaching relevant forms, and scheduling events seamlessly.

Internal case page

This page contains comprehensive information about a case, covering everything from accounting details to

tasks to be completed. Additionally, users can view the case summary, strategy, and various other pertinent details on this page.

Dashboards

This dashboard offers caseworkers a complete overview of their workload. They can monitor new cases, closed

cases, overdue tasks, returned mail, and pending mail items with ease.

Calendar

Calendar is a tool or program that allows users to manage and organize their schedules, appointments, and

events in a digital format. It typically provides features such as creating and editing events, it also allows syncing with G-Cal and viewing schedules in various formats (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Firm dashboard

The Firm Dashboard serves as a tool showcasing forthcoming deadlines for case assignments, recent payments

due for newly created cases, returned mail, and pending mail-out tasks or events arranged chronologically. It aids the firm in maintaining organization and staying abreast of its workload by offering a concise overview of critical events and tasks.

Mail

This feature enables the firm to monitor both incoming and outgoing mail, tracking packages received and sent out.

Ticket

This feature enables all users to create and address tickets related to phone calls from clients, court clerks, etc. The

interface displays the status of each ticket, indicating whether it is in progress, ignored, or resolved.
